5-year degree in Modern Languages and Literatures - Universidade Nova de Lisboa - 1987 - 1993.

25 years of experience teaching in classrooms and 6 years of experience teaching online.

Creator of the 'Portuguese with Teresa' Instagram project, offering regular tips and cultural insights to support learners worldwide.
